At this point stark counteracts the attack with his portable iron man suit which fits him automatically which is done with mind blowing graphics. Thus Ivan is nearly defeated and stark comes to know that Ivan is his dad’s old partner who had collaborated to create the arc reactor. Due to unexpected circumstances he gets deported to Russia where he dies of poverty.

Stark’s health worsens by each day and he plans to celebrate his last birthday wildly and hence gets drunk in his iron man armour causing havoc. Lieutenant Rhodes thus comes into the picture and gets hold of the iron man 2 armour. He nearly destroys Stark’s house and gives the armour to the U.S military. After this the movie catches up speed and stark learns that Natalie was actually and undercover agent and his father was the founder of S.H.E.I.L.D.

Thus how he finds a cure for his poisoning and how he combats the whole army of automated robots from the rivals, destroying Ivan forms the later story. This second installment has got more of stunts and graphic than compared to the previous one. The villain is shown to be massive and more powerful than iron man who gives a thrill to wait how he would be defeated.

The has satisfied the expectations so some level although the critics feel that less importance was given to character of stark and the role of Natalie was wasted. There is a strong belief that Walt Disney and Hayao Miyazaki are masters of the same genre but born at different times. We have seen some beautiful animated films from the hands of Miyazaki like Princess Mononoke and Spirited Away. Ponyo, however, is a major disappointment. There are a lot of loopholes in the plot and other deficiencies too which make this movie look really bad. Ponyo is actually an anime which might bore the young teens after a few minutes. It will be enjoyed by the kids only.

The film is inspired by Hans Christain Anderson’s “The Little Mermaid”. The plot of the film is thus: a goldfish falls in love with a human boy and she hopes to become a girl so that she can live with the boy happily ever after. It is a simple love story that has been poorly told.

Mr. Miyazaki totally disappoints with this movie. It is hard to believe that he is the same man who directed classics like “Spirited Away” and “Howl’s Moving Castle”. Ponyo is nowhere these great films and one wonders why Mr Miyazaki erred while making Ponyo. The animation is good but nothing to write about and we fear the audience might lose interest after the initial 30 minutes or so.

The main drawback of the Ponyo movie is the script. A film cannot succeed if it has a weak script. The same happens with Ponyo. However, there are a few scenes which will capture the imagination of the audience. There is one scene in particular that deserves a special mention – the one in which Ponyo takes the human form and runs along a giant Tsunami – is simply stunning. However, we expected a lot of these from the person who pioneered Japanese animation.

Ponyo (Noah Cyrus), a juvenile fish leaves her father (Laim Neeson) behind to explore the wider world. Her father is a magical sea guardian. In her expedition she gets caught in some sort of human trash and is swept ashore to the loving hands of Sosuke (Frankie Jonas), a five year old boy. The two of them develops a liking for each other. One fine day she tastes a drop of Sosuke’s blood which changes her into a little girl. Her father makes a valiant effort to stop the changes but fails to do so. Ponyo, on the other hand, does not listen to anybody and breaks free from the fishy world and head towards the surface.

A lot of incidents take place after Ponyo heads for the surface. The tides are rising and the moon is coming closer. But why? The love between Ponyo and the boy must be successful to stop all these.
